How we built a compelling brand identity and visual experience to engage
and empower DLF employees through their SAP ERP transition.
When DLF IT decided to transition to SAP ERP, employees were apprehensive about how this change would impact their daily operations. Our mission was to ease those concerns and create a strong, relatable brand that would educate, empower, and guide employees through the transformation. Project Saksham became not just an initiative, but a journey of growth and empowerment for every individual at DLF IT.
The palette represents high-energy colors which are bright, vibrant, bold and powerful which depicts the personality Saksham holds.
Our process began with in-depth discovery sessions with the DLF IT leadership and internal team. We understood that employees felt apprehensive and overwhelmed by the complexity of SAP. There was a need for a friendly, approachable communication style to simplify technical jargon while creating optimism about the transformation.
